18th century bespoke ladies’ short jacket
A plain wool lined short jacket (made to be worn over stays and with a stomacher) available in a large range of sizes. Also available in all commercially available tartans from House of Edgar.
I use Scottish tweed wool fabric for these jackets and line them with linen, as would have been done in the 18th century. Available in a variety of historically accurate and historically appropriate medium weight tweeds.
